Oliver Tan studied law in Münster (Germany), Lausanne (Switzerland) and Hamburg (Germany). He has been working as a lawyer since 1999, and in 2009 he decided to enter into a partnership with the predecessor firm of Korten Rechtsanwälte AG. Oliver is head of construction and real estate law at Korten. Due to his language skills, Oliver also advises Chinese clients in doing business in Germany and in issues involving German law as well as domestic companies in trade with the PR of China or in entering the Chinese market. Oliver is fluent in German, English and Mandarin.
